HELP: Stillen Parts no.

Anybody knows parts no.of idler pulley ??? (Stillen sc idler pulley in the red circle) Bearing was damaged..

Anybody knows parts no.of idler pulley ???
(Stillen sc idler pulley in the red circle)

Bearing was damaged..

yea, my stillen idler pulley failed also. Sub par parts. I replaced mine with a pulley of same size from local auto parts store....works like a charm.

It is already requested to Stillen..

Their Idler pulley too weak.........

I buied same size from local auto parts store, but boost came down............ 0.05bar

Well if you pull the snap ring, push the bearing, out and post the numbers on it i could look up an upgraded bearing for you.

Bearing so good. But the housing was cracked....

ah well that sucks just bad engineering then is that idler a small jack shft because normally changing the size of the idler shouldn't effect boost pressure unless your belt tension is to low and the belt is slipping now.

Oh but make sure not to get the belt too tight or else the front bearing on the vortech will fail early.
