Default Question on order of installation.

I tried searching but was unable to find a related post.

Here's my situation. I'm going FI with a GTM stg 1 SC. I've also ordered new 600cc fuel injectors and an oil cooler through the same company.

In addition, I've ordered a zex 2 stage direct port nitrous system.

I have already maxed out my bolt ons, (exhaust, Y Pipe, Test Pipe, HFC, CAI)

The issue is that the Oil Cooler and the Nitrous system have already arrived; however, the SC won't be ready until about 3-5 more weeks.

My questions is, Can I install all or some of the newly ordered Items, prior to the SC... or should I wait until the SC arrives? I'm pretty sure I should wait until the SC arrives for the installation of the new fuel injectors, but I'm uncertain about the oil cooler and the ZEX system.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Without the tune that comes with the sc, it'll either run like crap or not run at all if you install the injectors. I'd just wait and do it all at once.

I already have a tuner license with uprev, and can change my Maps whenever. I'm already running on a tuned engine. I know I'm going to need to go to a pro-tuner once the SC arrives to change the timing and K multiplier with the new fuel injectors, and a bunch of other stuff that I can't do w/o a dyno... but I'm already planning on doing that.

Basically I really want to install the oil cooler b/c it's hot as hell out right now lol. I don't think I need a tune for that. I'm just concerned about placement and if I will have to uninstall it once the SC arrives.

Search for the DIY vented fender liner thread. Searching from a phone sucks, or I'd link it. It shows the oil cooler placement on a gtm sc.

What he said ^. I've seen it happen on a SC'd G37. My suggestion would be to see how much power you can squeeze out of the SC reliably, and then sell the nitrous kit.

So which intake manifold are you going to use for direct port? I guess you'll need to buy a 2nd intake manifold and cut it open to see how the runners are? I don't think anyone has done that yet.
