Does anyone know the max HP our stock fuel pump is good up to?

Can't be to much. Maybe high 300-low 400 hp

I'm going to say about 375-400 whp at the very most. And I'm not sure but I'd like to think there has something to do with how fast the power comes on too.

It sounds like you're trying to cheap out on getting a bigger fuel pump. Spohn and myself have given you pretty much identical answers. But go ahead and keep the stock bump for whatever power you want. Nothing's better than OEM stuff
