Default 370z soho-a2a-supercharger kit TIAL QR blow-off valve sound issue.

Hello, I've seen all the videos, but I haven't heard the sound from my blow-off valve.

Green 2psi spring. There is a fluttering sound like a small bird chirping.

I don't know what the problem is. Help me. Max boost is about 12.5 psi, and you can hear it on Excel-off every section.

bov vacuum hose was connected to the stillen manifold and connected to the boost gauge using T.

I don't know if the installation is wrong or if it's a component problem. It was installed for the first time a year ago, and I heard this sound from then on.

Its not just you....Its inherent to the Vortech systems if you do not run a filter. The Rotrex does not sufffer from this since it runs a filter.

Other than the noise of the Vortech flutter, There is no sound of a woosh from which the air from the tial QR bov is released.

The vacuum hose is connected from a vacuum port located in the front of the stillen manifold to the tial blow-off valve. And I used a "T" fitting to connect the boost gauge to the corresponding vacuum hose. Is the boost weak? Can the boost gauge vacuum line be connected elsewhere?

Can I connect the boost gauge to the brake booster vacuumline?

-8? -10 psi at idle. When cruising, it falls like an idle state, and is 3rd gear pull 12.5 psi.

Is it okay to change the tial vacuum hose to 1/4" inside diameter?

I have a similar issue. I just bought a 370z with a GTM supercharger, and what I believe is a Tial QRJ. I get fluttering when I'm cruising at 5% throttle. Pretty sure my issue is I need a stiffer spring.. I still hear tons of air being expelled from the BOV when I should hear it.

Any chance you have a friend with a spare BOV that would fit your flange?

The bov is operating normally. However, QR has a very small sound compared to Q, so I couldn't hear the sound inside the car.
