Default Ecutek Datalog question

For those of you who are remote tuned w/ ecutek AND have an aftermarket wideband AFR sensor / gauge... did you datalog from the aftermarket wideband?? If I'm understanding the ecutek instructions correctly, you can choose to log values flowing from the OBDII port. But, how do you datalog from the aftermarket WB (since it's signals are independent of the ECU / OBDII port)? Or is that not necessary? Or is there some interface that allows the aftermarket WB signal to be integrated into the values accessible via the OBDII port. Just trying to figure this out. Any help would be appreciated.
