Anyone running the 6466 on a BP kit?
For my next evolution I was considering the 6766 as an upgrade from my 6266 however now I'm thinking 6466 would suit me better. I just have'nt heard of anyone else running a 6466 on a BP kit and the common setup is either 6266 or 6766. My goal is to make it to 700whp on 93 octane. So far what I know I need to swap out my injectors from the 750's to 1150, swap my S1 fuel return to the newer system to allow for an upgrade to a 450 pump along with my plan to get a Stage 2 longblock from IPP with the JWT stage 2 cams. I've found dyno charts from a Supra that compared the 6266/6466/6766 and the 6466 seemed to be the best of both worlds. Problem is I can't find anyone running it on a VQ with a BP kit. Any thoughts on the idea are welcome.

I've got the 6766 turbo. 1k injectors, 450 fuel pump on pump gas 93. 624/500 on 14 lbs. If you want 700 most likely will need to run e85. I think you're right on the 6466. I'm full boost by like 3.4-3.5k rpm but once it hits.... hold on to your butts.

Thanks for the input. I actually like to say 700 but really I want to pattern the build after the one Diabel started out with. I believe with injectors , fuel pump and AAM or UPREV Mafs I should hit a target not too far off from 700 considering I can take the boost past 16psi and take advantage of the extra couple horses I can expect from the JWT cams. I want to do it on 93 just because so if it gets me anything over 650 I'll be happy but I expect more torque on a built motor. Looking back at what Diabel did , Sasha even recommended sticking with the 6266 and upgrading the turbine housing to a 1.32ar and coming close to 700 with those mods. I figure the 6466 will get me there or horseshoe close. Outside that is the cheap option of having my 6266 converted to a 6766 .

I've got the upgraded mafs too. No cams though. I'd go with whatever your tuner recommends.
My tuner didn't wanna go past 14lbs or the HP on pump gas 93. Good luck! |

On 93 pump fuel you should be able to run up to 18psi...maybe even 19psi. The key is flow on the back side, and with the new COMP turbos I am not using you can go with a 1.32 a/r or even the 1.52 a/r turbine housing.
650whp should be attainable, 700whp could be pushing it a bit, and to be honest, the extra 50whp is not worth the risk with a bad batch of fuel. At the end of the day, your tuner will give you whatever he feels comfortable with.
