Hi guys im trying to remove the tension from the small belt on the rear of the charger to take the belt off but seem to be getting nowhere im

stillen supercharger belt tensioner
Hi guys im trying to remove the tension from the small belt on the rear of the charger to take the belt off but seem to be getting nowhere
im winding the adjuster and nothings happening am i missing somthing ? tia |
