110 is definitely way off, but so is 0 RPM. I would guess that your software just says 110 when your engine is off, therefore showing your maximum peak hold

Have you actually seen 110 displayed as the current figure when the engine is running? Is so, that might be a curiosity, but what it indicates when the engine is off doesnt tell you anything.
