HK Power in Germany do exactly what you are enquiring about.
They use GTR Cast Manifolds & Turbos with their own adaptor plate.

Wow, really appreciate it! I can get the manifolds w/ the turbos from a GTR for under $1000 and i'm pretty sure their "CNC" adapters aren't that hard to make. Unfortunately they don't have any detailed pictures of the installation but seems like it fits perfectly!
