Default Turbo water cooling take-off and return

Just wondering where you guys are pulling the coolant from for water cooled turbos.

I was thinking it would be the same as the DE/HR cars, where it would be taken off the heater core lines, but thought I ask anyway.

This is how it is on the DE/HR cars, with an identical fitting on the other side...the heater core outlet:

Or just a separate fitting all together:

Plug'n play...

Just have to make it myself for it to be right...

Bottom: -6an male
Top: 1/4" NPT female (just need to get a plug)

This will simply replace the OEM bleeder T, and will have the extra take-off for turbo water cooling.

Presto, lj909, rovert and 1 others like this.

Sasha, I'm trying to plug the female side with a cap. I see its a 1/4 NPT female. But I can't figure out what size i need to cap it. The 1/4 brass flare cap is too small and the 3/8 is too big.
