I assume this was related to his health issues a few years back?

I would imagine, after his surgery & speaking with him before and after there was a huge change. Plus the last couple calls I had with him he was always sick with something different.

Yeah, it wasn't a good situation. Despite everything that went down with him and GTM, I hope his family is ok.
