Default HKS evc-s proper set up

i have read here as to how difficult those HKS boost controllers can be to set up sometimes and unfortunately my tuner and mechanic had a hard time at the dyno today figuring out how to set it up properly. We gave up for the day and the car was tune at just 7psi spring. We were trying to set it to 13psi but the damn thing was all over the place either going up or down in psi but never steady. Was hoping if any of you guys here could give me some input on setting up the controller correctly. Thanks

Iv had some older Hks controller before and work well. Just make sure you have it plumbed like the manual says . And adjust the gain slowley.
