It is just a lens cover, there is no light bulb or wiring inside. You can buy a JDM fog light from a vendor on here and wire it up

Tapping into one of the wires in the brake harness is what I did and it wasn't too hard to do. Bought a Nissan OEM one with bulb and wired it as a brake light.
