Blackout headlights

You can't (well I shouldn't say that since the 2015 Nismo lights are balked out, and you can probably get those from a Nissan dealer). Normally these are modified from

You can't (well I shouldn't say that since the 2015 Nismo lights are balked out, and you can probably get those from a Nissan dealer). Normally these are modified from your stock ones:

a) By yourself. or
b) Send them to a person/company that does it. Look for member paperboy or search for a company180°.

plus nissan probably would sell the black housing 2015 nismo headlights really expensive as compare to getting them done by yourself or someone else
