EVO-R light blinking

I think it blinks to fast. Any one know if I can put a resistor inline with it to slow it down or.... any ideas?

I think the V2 is fine.

I think I would prefer it to only flash 3 times then stay on once when I go to a full stop, at the moment it flashes quick then stop, then once more before the lights stay without flashing.

I'm not too sure about the legality of it though.

Don't think there is much issue with it blinking since some cars are coming with lights that do that. Most police won't know I tried to find something definitive in the law but couldn't each state being different. The light is more pulse since it stays on the gets brighter as opposed to going out or dark then starts blinking which has something to do with the laws language.
