Default Maybe paranoid but would like opinions

I used to work in the body shop industry many years ago so I would have thought I would be good at locating repainted panels or repairs. I bought my 370z with 1500 miles on the clock, it was owned by a mature older gentleman.

I have attached some images showing my areas of concern. I checked adjoining panels for dry paint edges and could not locate any also checked screws to see if the lights were removed and they appear original factory fit.
First image shows the driver side hatch open, the picture does not really show it well but the area circuled has a very dry clear coat texture to it. The opposite side (passanger side) same area is smooth like the exterior body of the car.

The second image shows the drivers side rear light assembley, the panel gap is slightly bigger than the passenger side, thus resulting in the bumper gap to tailight being slightly more on the driver side. Now if I were to "adjust" the tailight by brining it in towards the 370z badge then the other areas of the light would be out of spec. I read the service manual and measurement "C" has a large tolerence spec, so thinking this might be normal.

I can't see any issue with 1. 2 looks a little off but is probably fine unless you see other evidence of it being repaired.

Number 1 image does not show up well via picture, basically the area marked has a very coarse clearcoat application. I am thinking perhaps this is where the robot ended or started the paint job perhaps, also a dust nib there for good measure LOL.

In picture 2, the tolerence for gap "C" according to the service manual online states if my memory recalls something about between 3mm to 7mm the gap can be. The only was I can tell to rememdy rear light is to adjust the assembly of the light unit as the bumper seems to be on almost perfectly according to the gaps to the rear wheel fenders on both sides.

If I were to loosen the light screws and move it inwards then the outer part would be off. The only way to find out for me is to get or borrow a paint thickness guage and see what the readings are.

Attached passanger side rear light seems to be fit well.

The car is probably ok. Between this and your other threads, you're just paranoid.

I think you are right, I didnt seem to get paranoid about my previous car the speed 3 but then again I did buy it with 2 miles on the clock, that too had a couple of paint issues meaning not really anything to get fixed a dust nib here and there.
