Can body shop fix this?

Just looks like a scuff. Just sand it down and re-round it off.

Yeah, if it's just unpainted plastic, it shouldn't be a big deal to fix.

Thanks guys! I am sure the bodyshop can re-round it off. But what I am worried about is it would look shortened and won't line up perfectly with the fender.
