What is this on the front lip?

Washing the Z today and notice some plastic wrap peeling from the front lip and not sure what it is. Can someone chime in and possibly how can I fix

What is this on the front lip?

Washing the Z today and notice some plastic wrap peeling from the front lip and not sure what it is. Can someone chime in and possibly how can I fix it. Thanks.
