is there velcro like hooks on the bottom of that cargo organizer, or just the straps? been looking for a shallow one to use in my G as i hate

is there velcro like hooks on the bottom of that cargo organizer, or just the straps?
 been looking for a shallow one to use in my G as i hate the factory cargo net i have in that car....
