Ive noticed a lot of people have used the krylon fusion paint, without sanding or priming the surface of the housing. just wondering how its held up over time for

2 Questions for those who have blacked out headlights
Ive noticed a lot of people have used the krylon fusion paint, without sanding or priming the surface of the housing. just wondering how its held up over time for you guys?? seems like it wouldn't hold to long.
also, any ideas on what to sealant to use that can be remelted incase i need to open my headlights again? Its natural for paint to fade and chip over time, I'm afraid of it happening and not being able to open them up to repaint in the future. so far I've found this, anyone have any input on this product ? OCI Butyl Rubber Glue - Accessories from The Retrofit Source Inc i may be overthinking this because of how expensive these headlights are lol.
