Hey guys, dumb question but anyone know how to turn of the auto temperature control in the car. I can't seem to turn it off at all, its always set

Temperature control in car
Hey guys, dumb question but anyone know how to turn of the auto temperature control in the car. I can't seem to turn it off at all, its always set at either one of the preset temperatures. I have double checked that the fan and everything is off but the auto temperature is always on. I can't seem to get rid of the light on the temperature. Any suggestions? Also, I just installed stillen g3 intakes if that has anything to do with it.
