I know this may be hard to visualize the orientation in person but, here are the pics. In the second pic you can see tooling marks where I slightly bent

I know this may be hard to visualize the orientation in person but, here are the pics. In the second pic you can see tooling marks where I slightly bent the bracket away from the weld spot. THAT weld should have come all the way forward to prevent the two pieces of metal from EVER moving. I hope this helps you guys out. I was able to recreate the rattle sound I heard by tapping on this piece of metal so, I knew it was my issue.
