Has anyone changed the dash lights? Is this even possible? Just planning for the future

I don't remember seeing anything on this site or in the FSM about changing the dash lights. But that may be a poor memory. I'm guessing they are SMD LEDs soldered onto the dash circuit board but that's just a guess. If no one comes up with an answer, check the FSM.

I would love to change mine to red, not sure if it would be worth the hassle though.

I don't think you can get from red to pink using filters (subtractive color).

i followed digitorium's DIY and went from stock orange to red
not the greatest pic, but if you want more just let me know. As far as the work, i spent maybe 3 days total on it. The triple gauge was the worst cause you have to take the entire dash off. The rest was pretty straight forward cause the DIY was on point. |

Sick, Andrew. I was thinking you'd change the speedo and tach LEDs as well. Did you change the LEDs for the needles? The LEDs are bit red-orange, and I prefer red. I did the same with the 350Z.

thanks man. Thanks for the great DIY haha. I didnt want to go all out red so i kept the speedo and tach white. Yeah i left the LEDs on the needles stock... i actually forgot about them but they turned out alright. gives it a little contrast and its not too obvious its orange so i decided not to change it.
