Defi makes one but the gauges are angled for right hand drive. I'm guessing you could turn it 180° so it works for left hand drive.

Otherwise, it would be extremely easy to fabricate one like the one you posted

It's easier than removing the entire dash. Do you have the base stereo now? Have you looked at installing gauges in the cubby? There is a dual gauge plate for the cubby area. I don't remember who makes it but R/T Tuning was selling it I think.
