Has anyone with a 13 non Nismo tried either one of these lic plate bracket kits? Neither one of the places can varify if the kits will work with the

Stillen or GoMiniGo
Has anyone with a 13 non Nismo tried either one of these lic plate bracket kits? Neither one of the places can varify if the kits will work with the 13 bumper. My dealership said the part #s for the tow hooks are the same, therfore the thread diameter should work. However measuring myself, the threads seem to be larger than 24mm. Stillen said they have two kits, one with a extension lenght of 5 1/8in and the other 7 1/2in, both using the
24mm for the Z. Since these are not returnable items (Stillen says considered used if returned), I want to see if anyone out there has used them yet. Thank you for your help
