Default Tail Lights

Maybe somebody already asked this question, but I was not able to find it.
I wanna change my reverse lights to brighter lights, which I've already purchased. The problem is, I have no clue how to get to the bulb lights.
Do I have to take the entire rear bumper out or take the tail light completely off in order to get to it ?
Any suggestions ? Any ideas ?

Yes, you need to remove your tails.

To remove them, pop the plastic cover off of the top of the light. Remove the two 10mm screws. Unlike the 350z, however, you aren't done here.

There's another bolt with a nut that anchors the inside of the light to the chassis. In order to get to this bolt, you need to pop off the corner/side plastic molding (the one that has the luggage tie down clips). Once you do that, you should be able to see the little bolt and nut facing the tail light.

Each light has those three bolts- two 10mm at the top and the one bolt behind the trunk molding.

Thank you. I'll attempt that this weekend. I'm sure I won't be successful as usual lol. But I'll give it a shot.
Thanks a lot !

Everything cheshirecat said is correct. There is one nut in the back that is a PITA to reach, you gotta remove all the plastics in the trunk to get to it. If you are still having a problem, hit me up we are in Brooklyn

I am considering to just bring it to you guys to do it for me since i should be there in the second or third week of November to do my headlights as we have discussed already. I have the reverse lights and wire up the fog lights as well, which I already have it in place. Just need to connect all the wires to get it working.

On the topic of tail lights... Is there any ways to customise them apart from tinting the lens or the JDM Clears..?
