Passenger Window Stuck Down - HELP

Help guys,
Today my passenger side window would not move. Switch on driver and passenger side for that window did nothing. Drivers window fine.
Stupidly when I got home I thought I could test the window mechanism by putting the roof down. This worked, passenger window down, but now I cannot get it back up.
I looked in the fuse box next to the battery and there is only one fuse for both windows (40A) which is in 3 block fuse. I tried swapping in the other 40A fuse in the box and the driver worked but not the passenger. With the fuse out neither window works.
So if the mechanism is fine, and there is only one fuse and its fine, any thoughts?

please delete thread, it was me being a dummy, passenger window lock was on, forgot I even had one on a 2 seater! Doh!
