Where is a good place to get new factory style seat belts?

Are your factory ones damaged somehow? A parts recycler (junkyard) is cheapest

If yours are toasty I suggest you remove the bottom bolt and unroll the entire belt. A zip tie to hold the end and dip it in a bucket of cleaner.
With a microfiber you can clean the belt. Leave it soaking for a couple of hours then another clean microfiber to clean the excess. Repeat until wiping is clean. Then let them air dry for a day. You'll end up with brand new flexy light weight belts. You'd be surprised how heavy a dirty belt can feel. |
