Help!! Can't figure out or find this part!

I'm trying to rebuild the front bumper assembly on my 2010 370z and I can't figure out or find this part. Diagrams don't seem to show it. It's the black

Default Help!! Can't figure out or find this part!

I'm trying to rebuild the front bumper assembly on my 2010 370z and I can't figure out or find this part. Diagrams don't seem to show it. It's the black braces holding the foam bumper in place.

The plastic pieces are there to channel the air toward the radiator, they dont hold the foam or anything else.

i think the part is interchangeable with the juke, that why dont show at 370z parts catalog
