Default Amuse kit fitment

I am considering buying and installing the amuse front bumper, rear bumper and possibly side skirts on my 2010 Z. How is the fitment on the kit? For example, do all the bolt/clip holes match up, will I have to grind any parts down to fit and will there be any unwanted body gaps? My car has not been in an accident so there are no current body panel gaps that are out of the ordinary.

I’ll probably go with the authentic kit. I’m not rushing it but I just wanted to get some ideas before making the decision. Thank you!
