Default Minor Accident In The Rear

So long story short this guy in a lifted truck merged into my lane and didn't see me, he seemed trustworthy and I'm an idiot and didn't call the police, now he's lying say it was me who went into his lane? Anyway, insurance won't cover anything now, he ended up rubbing a hole through my rear bumper with his tire, scuffed the rims and fender. From what I'm guessing I should be able to repaint the fender no issue, I was able to buff out almost all the rubber in the wheel, but will most likely need a replacement bumper cover. Wasn't sure if anyone here was able to confirm this theory? Also if anyone knows roughly how much I should be paying for a replacement rear bumper cover? Haven't had to purchase one before and don't want to get some questionable aftermarket one with poor fitment. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Pics are fender/bumper damage and before/after pic from wheel damage.

Browse around Z1 and the various online stealership sites for price comparisons. Try to stick with OEM.

Alternatively, the title of this post suggests that you might want to try Depends...

I'm sorry that you have to deal with this. I would definitely push for OEM if you have the option. It will be more expensive, but the fitment will be much better.

This is precisely why you should always call the police and file a report, or at the very least invest in a dash cam.
