2013 Hoods
Unfortunately my Nismo got pummeled with hail over the weekend I am looking at new aftermarket hoods and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good quality hood. Not really set on a style at this point, but thinking about something with some venting for cooling.

My insurance covered hail damage on my Civic a few years ago. If I were you, I'd run It by your insurance provider. They may cover it, or at least give you some cash towards a different hood.
Just my $0.02

I figure if I have to get a new hood, I might as well get something I am wanting. |

Roof and hatch are toast also Fenders have some hope as they only got a small dent or two. Fixing the roof is going to cost a small fortune to repair I am guessing. Amazingly the rear spoiler made it through without a single dent/ding!

As for hoods: I have a Seibon TS vented CF hood allegedly arriving any day now. I'd check that one out. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk |

i'm not aware of any changes across production years to the hood, so they should all be the same
The cheapest route would be a used hood found locally with another owner or junkyard that is the same color Aftermarket is hit or miss unless you get to the four figure range. And it depends on whether your insurance company is gonna cover that for you You may want to also consider getting a protective film such as Xpel. it won't stop a dent but it will step chips
