Purchased V1 Nismo Spoiler

I believe I have purchased a genuine Nismo V1 spoiler (new) manufactured by Autech in Pearl White. Will this fit the pre-existing trunk holes in a 2017 non Nismo 370Z?

Will this fit the pre-existing trunk holes in a 2017 non Nismo 370Z? A search suggests it does but the normally prohibitive cost means this is seldom done (so I believe).
