Default New car, Climate control wont turn on. Help?

Hey all,
I turned off my climate control, and for some reason it wont turn back on. None of the buttons light up and the vents just blow outside air at a very low speed. Im probably doing something dumb, but can someone help me out before I call the dealer? The car is brand new and has the tech package if that matters. The manual didnt help at all. Thabks.

If you still can't get it to work after reading the manual, you may have a warranty claim.

No doubt about that. I'd be a little disappointed if it came to that tho.

Check your fuses. May be loose. I may be wrong, but I think the dealer has to push some fuses in during PDI.

Do you have the knob turned to auto? Temp and mode knob? May sure to press the A/C button.

Take a picture of the knobs with the car running and post it here so we can see what is going on.
