Side Blade Suggestions
Looking to get some side blades for the Z but not really feeling the more common ones out there.
I like the blades in the first picture and was hoping someone could identify them. I don't think they're the Fly1 or Evo-R blades. Those blades have a visible vertical section (where they attach to the rocker panels) and the blades don't run straight across the bottom (small angle change) as I have highlighted in picture 2. Pic 3 is the INGS+ blades and I like how clean they look but not really a fan of that front vertical section. The blades in the first pic is pretty much what I'm looking for. I've searched but couldn't find anyone that makes these. Anyone have any ideas? Possibly custom made? Might just have to go with the INGS+ and paint match that small section. Thanks |

A local track monkey made his own out of balsa wood (I think, he said model airplane wood he had lying around) and then wrapped it in carbon fiber. Looked good and surprised me when he said he made it.

Fujimura blades look super clean and compliment the body well, I just got my Z back from the body shop and candidly recommend them.
Edit: You also don’t run into fitment issues if you have the optional splash guards. Last edited by bushyguy; 02-09-2019 at 03:38 PM. |

Here are my Ings+1. I added a 1/4” red stripe to them. I like the front part of them, as it helps make up for the removal of the splash guards. I also have the front lip.

I know this is almost a year old, I ended up picking up a set of alumite side splitters. But I’m still in love with the INGS set, I read they stopped making them though? Any links? Canada preferably? Or is anyone making decent replicas?
