The one but the exhaust tips? It would actually be a 4th - the third is on the hatch =)

It's not supposed to light up - it does in non-US versions. You can buy functional versions and wire them in, or modify the non-functional one to light up.

I believe JDM and Euro-spec Z34's have factory, functional 4th brake lights. You can get that hardware from various sources - it's from Nissan, so it'll fit and work like factory, or the iJDM one which works just fine

Default Switchable fog light

Question every new person asks. What is that light in the back that does not work?
I asked the same question. You can buy a working light from many sources and tie in as a brake lightl.Quick and easy.
You can get a harness with a swich and if you have a blanks where the 3 switches go it hooks up nicely.

You can get really stupid and hook up as the factory fog light is intended. This is how I hooked mine up.A lot more involved.
