Has anyone tried the Flat Bottom steering wheels on Ebay? Like the look but not looking for carbon fiber tops and bottom. Guy from Poland offers a few options, of course there is always the one from rejapan. Any feedback?

I've seen a couple being re-sold on the forums after part-outs. I've only heard good things. They're basically salvaged/recycled OEM steering wheels that have been re-shaped and fabricated. They look really nice and I want one (hate the suede on my steering wheel), but a little too expensive for me to justify. It's a pretty easy swap too. Plenty of info (write-ups and videos) out there to complete the swap. The good thing is the OEM air bag and control units are the same, it's just the steering wheel portion that is swapped.

I bought one from the guy in Poland and it took a month to get. Well worth it!

I don't have any experience with the ebay wheels but I can tell you that Carbon Fiber Element makes a top quality product.
