That really sucks, I had my issues with them too.
Stillen Front Bumper fits like crap. I have nearly a 1" gap on each side. They actually told me to leave it in the hot sun prior to installing it to better flex and mold it in to fit and to get the sagging to mold back to shape. It's a really crap product but I do love it's ability to keep the car cool on a hot track day.
