Default Headliner Removal to fix buzz/rattle

Hello All,

I have to fix the annoying buzz coming from the wire in between my headliner and the roof.

ANYONE have a video, good DIY or anything else that actually details steps for the removal?

I have read all the posts here, the DIY here, the FSM under INT headlining removal section - and still dont really have a good plan of attack.

Please help!
