Default Flickering headlights (video link included)

Driving a new 2017 Z. Headlights have been flickering from time of purchase. Took it to Nissan 3 times, they said all is fine. Contacted corporate, met with head mechanic and he said all is fine and that all cars do that.

Anyone else have any issues with this and what was the fix?

In the video you can see how the headlights flicker when driving over bumps

I don't see any flicker. I see the line between light and dark moving up and down as the car goes over the bump - perfectly normal.

Edit: After watching a few more times, I do see some slight flickering at the bump. This is caused by the high/low beam shutter getting bounced around and is normal.

Did the previous models change headlight technology? A friends 2009 and 2014 didn't flicker when I drove them.

Hmmmm... having a hard time seeing a flicker.

Update: man.... I still don't see it. I want to believe.

Worst flickering I've ever seen. Since I am an epileptic masochist I will offer to send you my '13 non-flickering headlights for your sweet black-housing '17 flickerers.

I see it ... I have a '17 also; can't say I have flickering lights, but I certainly have fit & finish issues.

Yours definitely don't do that? What foment issues do you have, as in gaps not lining up? Can you send a pic?

Sayin ... in your vid, I can see the "flicker" that you speak of. I can't say that my '17 does the same ... never noticed such.

Mine just has body fit & finish issues ... like I mention in this post about the gaps around my hatch. My passenger door has some weird fitment going on too ... something that I wouldn't have expected from a car of this caliber.

Caveat ... my '17 has a history, but never been in a collision or had paint work ... not that this has anything to do with your topic here.

I've seen it on both my 06 maxima and my 13 Z
Only when I hit a bump, and not every time, it happens rarely.
There's been no adverse affect, never changed a bulb on the max. And that's after 12 yrs.
I just ignor it.

My 2015 flickers a bit, but the right headlight. Only when hitting decent bumps. It's pretty normal on stiffer suspensions, most cars I've had do it. I don't even notice it anymore.
