I was in class today and when I returned to my Z I had seen that the side marker was missing/broke. I thought maybe it cracked off in the cold

I was in class today and when I returned to my Z I had seen that the side marker was missing/broke. I thought maybe it cracked off in the cold some how (idk my brain was fried from school.) I decided to investigate again and after throwing some water on the snow/dirt I seen the horror. There was no paint transfer just these fat dents. Opinions? I'm gonna get an estimate tomorrow.
