Default Tech Package Screen Turn off

I know it is possible to turn off the display and lower the brightness but I can still see the back light lighting up the display. Is there a way to make it totally dark or off?

Plastidip screen with flat black. Peel off when need to use. Repeat.

press and hold the middle button on the far right. It would turn off the screen completely.
