Which other gauge should I get
I'm in the process of installing my SpeedHut gauges in the cubby hole. In the picture. I have the oil pressure gauge top left. The water temp gauge is top right. The diff temp gauge is bottom right. I'm installing switches for the YAW sensor, Diff oil pump, diff fan, and a dimmer switch for the gauge lights. Looking at the picture. I will have room for one more gauge. What should that gauge be? The Z is N/A. What should I get. Fuel pressure, Vac/boost, A/F, tranny temp, inlet temp, or a cylinder head temp gauge. If I get another gauge. It will be coming from SpeedHut.
Gauges - Speedhut

He's got a manual, not really needed. Speed hut make good custom stuff. I've got a trans gauge from them.
Rusty not sure what else you really need other than the ones you currently have being N/A & Manual trans, unless you just want to make your cockpit look like a 747. Your going to run off track watching all those dadgum gauges

I'm old fashioned: EGT... You can tell a lot about how the motor is doing via a good pyrometer.
This is especially true up here in Colorado, where a two hour road trip can range from 5k to 12k altitude. Last edited by Raeshlavik; 09-24-2017 at 01:00 PM. |

looks good man, I did something similar but had issues getting more then 2 gauges in. I left it as well so that the cubby lid could still be lifted and closed as needed. Keep it looking stock until needed

Looks like you already invested in some gauges..... but if they were returnable, I'd probably just go with three larger gauges instead of adding a forth that might not serve a purpose. Easier to get the info you need that way when the bullets are flying.
Not really sure why folks are so hot for A/F in an NA car.
