2010 base/sport touring seats install no power...need help!!

Found that the fuse and relay under the hood are there. There is one more relay according to the diagram behind the dash that I will be looking for today.

There is one more relay according to the diagram behind the dash that I will be looking for today. If that's there, I'm out of ideas. Is there any place other than the dealer I should take it?
