Help with headlight tab broken/ purchase...

Well I am going to answer my own question: Found the diagram in service manual ....there are only 4 locations that bolts go to secure the headlight. This is not

This is not one of them ...this is a tab location for a wire harness or something...irrelevant and can be worked around..
