Drill the head of the rivet to pop the head off.

Do anyone have any pic/vids of the 2015+ fender flares being removed and what needs to be done ...from looking at it ..it looks like drill the rivots out from the sections on the front and rear bumper .. and I see the screws in the other section ..does the fender liners need to be removed as well ?

You should contact the OP.

I also fond this quote on redit.

Yes, some are held on by screws and some by rivets. There's also adhesive on the each piece. So my advice is to drill out the rivets and unscrew the flares, and then use a wire to work your way through the adhesive. Using a heatgun may help.

I did this a couple years ago so my memory is fuzzy..
You remove the screws, drill out the rivets and then pry the flare off. It’s pretty straight forward. I’m a blundering monkey and was able to do it without damaging anything. The worst part is removing the residue left on the fender by the adhesive, which require a bit of gentle attention / buffing to get looking right. Don’t be afraid to tackle this, it’s not too bad and really opens up your tire clearance.

I just did this this weekend and didnt think of taking pics. Fender liners dont need to be removed but make sure you use insert back the screws up front after removing the front flares. The adhesive is a pain but came off using a heat gun and Googone.

On Youtube, look up the guys from Bros Fourr Speed. I believe they show the steps on their white Nismo.

Like others have said, pretty straight forward process.
