What is this side decal?

I'm looking for this "decal" or one like it to add to my blue 370Z (pictured on the side that surrounds the side Z blinkers); what should I search for? Custom made?

That is not a decal, it is an aftermarket fender that has been painted of wrapped black. If the fender is CF, some people paint the fender and leave CF exposed.

Some painters tape and a can of plasti dip yields the same looks
