Both my 12v outlets won't wonk. I've checked the fuses and they were fine. What else can i do to check it? Besides going to the dealership for last option.

How did you check the fuses? A visual check is not good enough; put a VOM on them.
The car has to be turned on before the jacks are powered up. OM and FSM will have fuse locations.

If the fuse is good, check that you have power at the jack. If you have power at the jack but plug still doesn't work, then the jack and/or plug is messed up and will need to be replaced. If no power at jack, start following the wiring.
