Best aerodynamics for interstate/highway driving?

90% of my travel is spent every day on the interstate, or highway. At the moment I just have a base model 370z. My issue is that at speeds of 70+ I can feel the wind really moving the car around or shifting it from side to side. I'd like to eliminate that as much as possible by going all out on aerodynamics. Putting the best options I can on the car so I can be as efficient as possible. Can you guys me some options/advice on how I can achieve this?

Side-to-side motion suggest cross winds and there is nothing you can do with cross winds, the aerodynamic aspect of your car is based on a forward motion.

It seems to happen in all directions, I mean the car does perform well. It's not your typical crosswind as if it were truly really windy outside. I think we've all experience that for sure. It just seems that I'm not cutting through the air very well.

I know some first steps could be lowering the car, getting a front splitter, and installing a spoiler. For example, the ings power wing seems like a little overkill for me but I am willing to do what I need to do. Does a spoiler like this one provide more down force than say the NISMO model?

Cars do have a tendency to float at higher speeds making them more susceptible to cross winds moving them around. Not much you can do but maybe stiffer suspension and lower to the ground? How windy can it be by you?

That's a very slippery aero setup. You essentially want less vents and scoops.

Nothing aerodynamic you can add the car will decrease it's "profile" exposed to the wind. HOWEVER... you CAN get a custom alignment with a little more "Toe-in" to help highway stabliltiy.

It may not be the wind; you may be following ruts in the road. Very noticeable in a light car with wide tires. Realignment, as per osbornsm, will probably help but won't completely eliminate the problem.

Sounds like side-winds to me too.
Do you have the front wheel "spoilers"?
If the window is open even a little bit, it will be loose.
Maybe a rear deck spoiler would help too, or lower the car.

do they offer a sport air deflector for the 15 bumpers? if so get that first for zero lift.

i suggest you stiffen up the front swaybar too. get a stillen and use just the front bar, middle setting.... or the kangaroo bar i suppose if u want. they sell just the front. the bushing design sucks on it though... i speak from experience.

So the consensus thus far seems to be I invest in a new alignment, lower the car, and sway/strut bar upgrades. Those are super easy so I will try this all out first before I go crazy.
