Default Covering the Safety Warning on the Visors

When I drove a PT Cruiser there was a nice little covering made with the PT emblem and you could adhere it right over the safety warning. I never got around to purchasing them for the PT visors but has anyone seen such a thing for the Z?

Good idea. Is there already adhesive on the CF vinyl? If not, adhesive recommendations?

You can have a custom sticker made up (there are websites). When I owned my Celica, or club had grey stickers made with a TRD logo.

It was self adhesive, but I scuffed up the warning sticker a bit and used some adhesion promoter so it wouldn't come off.

I did it with 3M DiNoc. I did a write up somewhere on here, but here's the quick version: measure and cut just a little larger than the area. Peel off the backing and lightly attach it, then run your finger along the edges (down in the groove). That will give you a line to cut on. Remove, trim with scissors and reapply. The edges should fit down in the little valley so it looks clean (vs. seeing an edge). I found that the warning stickers aren't perfectly square - that's why you sort of have to make a template for them to get the edges to tuck in.

I used black MacTac on my Solstice - I am about to do the same on my Zed.
